Alicia’s Makeup Bio
Alicia completed her initial makeup training in the late 80’s at the University of California, Los Angeles Extension - Externship Program; Makeup for Film and Television. Alicia began working as a photographic and theatrical makeup artist in Los Angeles and Studio City, CA. In the 90’s, Alicia started “Illusions by Alicia”, a south bay based on-call mobile makeup service that catered to professional makeup application for freelance models and the bridal industry. In 2000, Alicia began offering lessons in photographic makeup artistry as a specialty to professionals in the salon industry and non-professionals who wanted to learn to apply their own makeup for any event.
